This web site is free to use by the department that has signed a contract with CourtMoney. Any charges incurred through this web site shall be the sole responsibility of the person who has been issued the credit card that is used. At no time can a CourtMoney fee be paid in any other form than through the original credit card to be used.

At no time during or after a transaction will any fee charged by CourtMoney be refunded to a person, agency, or department.
